  • By placing an order from Hermans, you guarantee that you are at least 18 years old or have your parents permission to purchase from us.<\/li>

  • Events beyond Hermans\u2019s control shall be considered force majeure.<\/li>
  • The price in question is the price set at the time you make your order.<\/li>
  • Shipping costs and payment fees are reported before confirming the purchase.<\/li>
  • Account card information is sent via secure SSL encryption and is not stored.<\/li>
  • Please note that local fees may apply for card payments.<\/li>

    All personal information you provide or that we receive will be handled by the Hermans team responsible for personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit rating, to provide offers and information about our product range to you. The information you provide is only available to Hermans and Stripe, and will not be shared with third parties. You are entitled to access the information that is available about you. You are always entitled to request that Hermans erase or correct any information about you. By accepting, you agree to these terms.<\/p>

    Force majeure<\/strong><\/p>

    Events beyond Hermans\u2019s control, which could not reasonably be foreseen, should be regarded as force majeure, which means that Hermans is released from obligations to fulfill entered agreements. Examples of such events are government action or failure, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, tampering, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes, or lack of subcontracting. Force majeure also includes government decisions that negatively affect markets and products, such as restrictions, warnings, prohibitions, etc.<\/p>

    Payment<\/strong><\/p>

    All goods remain Hermans\u2019s property until full payment is made. The price in question is that set at the time you make your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are reported before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old, you must have your parents\u2019 permission to purchase from Hermans.<\/p>

    All transfers made by Hermans are handled and transferred by third party dedicated gateways to ensure your security. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled via SSL encryption. Please read terms for the payment provider chosen for the transaction.<\/p>

    VAT<\/strong><\/p>

    All products include 25% VAT. When you enter your shipping address, the price will also change. If you live in Sweden and the delivery is to Sweden, nothing changes.<\/p>
